Rhodos Coffee & Bistro

Rhodos Coffee & Bistro, established in 1993, is a family-run coffee roastery and bistro in downtown Courtenay, delivering the Comox Valley’s freshest coffee and food. Co-owners Dale McVeigh, a retired RCAF veteran of 34 years, and Shannon Champagne, with a background in early childhood education and business management, acquired Rhodos in 2019. Despite the pandemic, they expanded their wholesale coffee to resorts like Knight Inlet Lodge and Telegraph Cove, and recently North Island Hospital, while opening Hangar 31 Cafe. Sourcing organic, in-season beans from small, family-run farms worldwide, Rhodos roasts in-house for unparalleled flavor and sustainability. Our bistro and cafe are community hubs for post-adventure gatherings. Through Islandgood.ca, we aim to grow our artisanal coffee brand across Vancouver Island.
