Sterling Seafoods is a locally owned/owner operated commercial fishing company specializing in B.C. Spot Prawns and Pacific Albacore Tuna. Our products are harvested using the environmentally friendly methods of trap, and hook and line. Immediately after being caught, both species are flash frozen to -35 degrees Celsius, producing a sashimi grade product. Our Tuna is MSC certified, and both products are listed as "best choice" by Vancouver Aquarium's Ocean Watch, and Monterey Bay Aquarium's Seafood Watch.
