reFRESH Cowichan is an initiative of Cowichan Green Community Society focusing on the proper distribution of quality food in the Cowichan Region on Vancouver Island, Canada. Our vision is to increase community access to delicious, healthy food. reFRESH Cowichan Marketplace is our storefront in the heart of Duncan offering affordable produce, organic dairy products, frozen meals and grocery essentials to the community. We are located at 360 Duncan Street in Duncan, and we're open Monday to Friday 10am-5pm and Saturdays 10am-3pm.
