Crisp dry handcrafted cider, blueberries, lemon zest and cinnamon blended with butterfly pea blossom which in turn reacts with the natural acidity in cider to produce a gorgeous purple hue. It’s like a sultry lip-smacking glassful of velvet. You don’t have to admit it to anyone, but you’re thinking about velvet pants now, aren’t you. This is that good.

Because, once again, why not? The color was an afterthought to pairing blueberries, lemon and cinnamon and it sure didn’t disappoint. If it smells lovely, and tastes lovely, and looks lovely... must be lovely.
