BCause

BCause is a new online, direct-to-consumers grocery service that is taking the Island by storm. Our mission is in our name - 'BC', for our dedication to supporting and growing BC-based food producers; and 'Cause' as we believe that philanthropy, in particular Island-based food security programming, is a cornerstone to our business. Our unique business model allows for food products to be, on average, 5-15% cheaper to the end customer than traditional retail shelves while giving local food producers more money in their pockets. It's a win-win-win. Currently, BCause is operating as Doorway Drop (www.doorwaydrop.com), but is in the process of rebranding to BCause. You can learn more about our mission at shopbcause.ca.
