WCK Enterprises is a family owned farm business located in the heart of the Cowichan Valley. Established in 2011, we grow specialty chili peppers from which we produce a a wide range of hot sauces and preserves that are famous on the island and mainland. Owner, Shani (aka the Chili Wizard) is a chef with 30 years experience in the food industry. Since 2018 we also launched our own brand of gourmet freeze dried meals and snacks (West Coast Kitchen) serving the outdoor adventure community. Lightweight and with a shelf life of 5 years our meals are also good for emergency kits and emergency preparedness. We are one of very few Canadian manufacturers of such products.
