That’s My Jam creates local, artisan preserves in small batches with a focus on sourcing Cowichan Valley ingredients first. Our recipes have been fine tuned to utilize less sugar then conventional preserve recipes, therefore relying on the increased fruit ingredients to promote a more authentic flavour. Many of our jams, chutneys and marmalades can be adapted into salad dressings, BBQ toppings or marinades.
