Forest for Dinner, harvests, processes, and sells distinctive and delicious wild foods gathered from the wilderness of Vancouver Island. Our founders have gathered wild foods throughout Canada and Europe, giving them an intimate familiarity with the plants and ecosystems from which they are gathered. Today our small team is based out of our facility in Port Alberni where we process and package small-batch selections of mushrooms, greens, berries, and spices into fresh, dried, frozen, & preserved market-ready products.
